Reforestation of Serbia continues during the tournament. Trees are planted across Serbia owing to visitors of the Serbia Open tennis tournament and the One Ticket – One Tree environmental campaign.
World No. 8 Andrey Rublev took the opportunity to join the campaign when he planted a tree accompanied by the tournament director, Đorđe Đoković. Rublev has underlined the importance of environmental protection and our shared responsibility in this regard. More than 35,000 trees will be planted during the tournament, on more than 100 hectares of land.
