This year, the Belgrade Open tennis tournament is not only a sporting event, but also a platform for change in society. That’s why the organizers decided that this year’s tournament will be dedicated to humaneness and helping those who need it most, as well as creating long-lasting changes for the entire community.

The Belgrade Open tournament will have an important humanitarian character – all revenue from the sale of tickets for the matches on the Grandstand Court will be donated to children without parental care, in order to provide support to those who face great challenges from the youngest age. By purchasing a ticket for the Grandstand Court, tennis fans will not only enjoy quality tennis matches and a unique atmosphere but will also contribute to an important event together with the Belgrade Open tournament.

Also, for each ace point gained, in all matches of the tournament, ten trees will be planted in cities throughout Serbia. This will continue what was started at the Serbia Open tournament in 2022, when, as part of the “One Ticket – One Tree” campaign, an incredible 36,000 sycamore and red oak seedlings were planted in more than 120 locations in Serbia, which represented the largest reforestation campaign of Serbia in the last 20 years.

With these actions, the organizers continue their mission to make sports an instrument of change and inspire and encourage the community to contribute to important social issues.

Be a part of the Belgrade Open tournament, support this humanitarian action and become part of a team that does not only play for victory, but also for a better future.

See you on November 2 – 9 in the Belgrade Arena!
