Tennis in the Arena is the main thing, but the players have enough time to showcase their artistic side. That is how doubles players González Escobar and Diego Hidalgo painted some portraits.

The task was to draw each other with watercolors.

And while there were no problems with the hair, beard and eyes, it seems that the biggest challenge for them was the nose.

Hidalgo objected when he saw his portrait:

“My nose is very big in that picture. I don’t have that kind of nose!

Escobar retorted:

“You look so handsome in the picture.”

When all was said and done, players exchanged portraits:

“I look like a chicken,” Hidalgo said.

With a laugh, Escobar explained his portrait:

“You’re so handsome.”

Hidalgo retorted:

“And you look angry”.

Hidalgo and Escobar had a good time saying that after their tennis career they could well become artists.
